Overall my experience in Jefferson Davis High School was good. I loved how engaging the teachers were and how impressive they were at teaching lessons. I would say one of the worst parts would be the constant distractions in the environment.

The school was poorly run. We didn't have books some days and when we did, they were ripped. There were fights every day, the teachers were cursing at students and the school system didn't care about the students.

The things I would change about Jefferson Davis high school is the environment. I feel like we need a more diverse learning setting. I also believe we need better food in her school system. The school also need students that care about doing their school instead of doing what they want to do. Jefferson Davis would be better if everybody can collect with each other to become stronger.

I have to say, my time at JD was very interesting. I started in 2009 as a sophomore to 2012 as a senior. I've had some great classes, and I've had some terrible classes. Honestly, it really depends on what kind of teacher you have. I've had teachers that just gave us busy work and then I've had teac...

Worst school in the county. Teachers, asst principals, and the principal do not have the interest of the students at heart. Their main agenda is to suspend; for everything. If you can afford a private school or have the ability to homeschool please RUN, not walk from this place!!!

This school should be closed down. The teachers teach directly from the book and have no idea what they're doing.
