Absolutely overrated, def doesn't deserve the best in South Jersey title. Admins' egos are through the roof, the student handbook was clearly meant to be read by lawyers and not students (the only way I can explain a do not resusciate section), and even then, they can randomly come up with and ignore their own rules. Same goes for the application of them. Racist and discriminatory. Teachers and course materials are fine for the most part, and some teachers are just too good for this school. I don't know if it's just me, but I'd find it pretty hard to be a "trusted adult" for 200 students at the same time, so guidance counsellors try their best, but best isn't enough in this case, they're still humans. And I guess "established in 1888" is supposed to bring them "respect" (because old things always deserve respect, right?), but it's actually even sadder this way - after 137 years, they still haven't figured out how to build an equal educational system where the ones being educated matter

Moorestown High School does a great job preparing its students for both college applications and college in general. The rigorous coursework may seem daunting at first, but over time becomes easier to manage. If I could change one thing it would be the overall lack of school spirit due to the competitive nature of the students.

Both of my kids do well academically here, but one area I really want to comment on is diversity. It is lacking at this school. Anti Blackness/micro aggression is rampant as is classist attitudes. Too many rich white kids/families who don’t venture outside of their bubble. Recommend hiring more staf...

For a middle to upper-middle class suburb, this is a bad school. Teachers have all kinds of issues. The bureaucracy is an absolute nightmare too. This school doesn't really care about its students. I would checkout Haddonfield, or a private school. Much better.

Moorestown Schools is not what we expected. There is no face to face conferences. No parent teacher relationship. Everything is done electronic. We feel that the school enforce tutoring for the test so they can ranks high. Not what we expected. Not worth investing in Moorestown. There is more, but y...
