GreatSchools Rating

Source: GreatSchools
GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

hale county has been my school since i was in the fourth grade i love this school with my whole heart but it is still in need of work such as teachers that are more up to date with how people are learning and maybe even better math teachers since we all do have low math scores. i've had great experiences with hale county beacuse they do a lot with the students and for them as well as the teachers the only negative things i can say about hale county is that we are in need of more teachers and more room!

So far in for my 9th grade year, I think that there can be many improvements for this, for example the hall should be a bit larger since many students are walking thru the hallways.

I love how well diverse Hale County Highschool is. They are super friendly and always keeps your best interest at heart no matter what. The teachers never give up on you and always try to push to the best student you can be.
