I like the way that the teachers teach and run the place. I would definitely suggest it to other students looking for a high school. The kids are kind and the teachers and higher up indiviuals work well with students who are struggling. They are very laid back and accepting and willing to work with kids for a better shot at their education.

Here at Mount Carmel High School there are not that many people compared to other schools. The school has very very good sports teams, but the coaches always pick favorites. The school has very many roaches in it especially in the locker rooms. All of the teachers are very nice and are always willing to help, but some of them take a really long time trying to put all of the grades in. Overall I feel like MCHS deserves an average rating.

It's overall a pretty average small town high school. I've made a few good friends and learned some valuable lessons. My favorite teacher, Ms. Geiling our Ag teacher, has probably taught me some of the most valuable life lessons I've ever learned. I've had a few great opportunities and I'm expected to have many more in the next couple years. The school has some really amazing teachers and some not so great teachers like you would expect from any high school.
