The music program is excellent and the sports are good. It's in a good neighborhood and safety is excellent since it is next to a firehouse and police station.

The school definitely has strict policies, but this makes students respect teachers are other staff. It teaches the students valuable lessons.

There is not much technology at Harbour Pointe Middle School. Tutoring is not prevalent, but teachers are very helpful to students. Lots of parents are involved with school activities. The counselors are helpful.
