The school is very safe, there is no need for extensive security equipment. IDs are not required-the school is small enough everyone knows everyone. Visitors are required to sign-in, though. There are very few physical fights, maybe two or three a year, at most. Security measures are rarely needed.

Murray is a very small school, there are only twenty-four kids in my class. Everyone knows everyone. The school is like a large family, yes it does have some issues, but the benefits far outweigh them. The only major issue with a small school is that it does not have very much money, so classes, technology, and equipment are very limited. We do not have very many organizations compared to larger schools, and we have to share some sports with other schools in order for students to participate in them.

The teachers try to challenge the students, but they are also helpful. It's a healthy mix of challenge and help.
