Myakka City Elementary is one of the few schools left in our state that fully embraces the community. Teachers and staff know the kids by name! As a parent with 3 children who attended MCES, I cannot say enough good about the school. The staff are amazing and know the students by names. The students are greeted with smiles, hugs and love when they step onto campus. Teachers are helpful and communicate often with parents.
