GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

This school isn't actually too bad, but so much potential is wasted due to regulations set within the district and the school itself. I wished to see more exciting and less limiting spirit weeks. This goes with the no-costumes rule and the lack of diversity or support for diversity. I really would like more fun events and activities that happen at this school.

Ridgevue High School is a new, yet successful high school that has only been up and running for 9 years. The school is known for their incredible academics and extracurricular activities that I have been affected by throughout my four years here. Due to the amazing teachers, I have been able to succeed in almost all of my classes. I have also enjoyed the experience of being in one of Ridgevue High School's multiple choirs. Even though I participated for only a year, it truly affected me in the best ways.

It is a decent school that I was able to further my own personal developments and academic interests. The teachers are probally the best part because they are very friendly and want their students to grow. College readiness is another massive thing with the AVID elective and focus on college applications during senior year. AVID aids a lot of students in finding the college that will truly fit their style. It works well together with sites like this so students can look forward to college rather than fear what will come of the future.

The School has very dumb policies that don’t make any sense such as If you have dyed hair it’s a distraction and then you get ISS for It, (This to a Female friend of mine.) Further more the school doesn’t really care enough for students who started off of high rough and there’s enough opportunities...

As a family we have now had three of our children go to Ridgevue High. Each one has expressed how much they enjoy the education options available as well as the oportunity to accelerate their college degree while in high school. A majority of the teachers seem to really care for the different needs...

During Covid-19 the school was not being properly cleaned, students would walk around with their masks below their noses without getting into trouble, and the same issue of not enough time at lunch as well as not having enough food for all the students. The teachers don't clean the desks in between...
