I have had great connections with the staff and students at BG. Every teacher and administrator wants nothing but success for all of the students, and everyone comes together to form a big support network for one another. The only thing I would like to see change are some of the facilities. BG is a relatively small school in an old building, so if it could be updated that would be beneficial.

I think for academics Bishop Guertin is a phenomenal school. Personally compared to my friends who do not attend Bishop Guertin I feel much more prepared for college. The students that go here are never too bad but some have extremely high egos that need to be humbled or stop being spoiled. But other than some strong personalities it is a great community.

Bishop Guertin was a very positive influence. The teachers care about the students in every aspect of life. The curriculum could be looked at more with your freshman year determining classes in your senior year. The administration tends to turn a blind eye to certain things going on (or they just do not know) and hyperfixate on dress code and other small things. The culture is awesome at the school with people really trying to include everyone and not single out people. The music and athletic departments make BG a home for many students. There is a lot to do at the school to be apart of the community with out being in the classroom.

I have it two stars instead of one because the curriculum appears to be solid and many of the teachers are truly amazing. With that said, the administration has NOT handled Covid well and, like another reviewer stated, they are rude to parents. And I’ll add to this, downright condescending at times....

We moved our sophomore here to be in school this year (2020-2021). We've been in school the same or less than our public school system is in for $15K+ and the principal won't have a rational conversation with us about it. He simply says that everything depends on Covid and that is their focus. (and...

I am a parent and currently have a senior and a freshman. This school used to be great. I'm not sure what happened this year, but it seems the "known, valued, treasured" has gone out the window and they have a legal team driving their mission. I was very happy through the end of last year, but start...

I am a parent of 4. I have one student that graduated already and 2 in, and one that was going to go there next year, but won't now. This school has gone on a power trip with covid and has more strict restrictions than the state OR the CDC. They keep making it harder to even have the kids in the bui...
