I would like to see improvement in the school culture, especially within the sports activities community. However, the new administration has improved the school greatly in the past year.

It is a very good school academically. The teachers are always extremely kind and always care about you. I would like to see more opportunities for seniors. Seniors are always stressed and a senior hang out spot would help us to be less stressed. I would also like to see more types of seating become available. Flexible seating helps make students much more able to relax and learn information. Lastly, I would like to see more diversity in the school.

I wish there were more diversity and more focus on the arts and music than on the sports. A lot of programs were being cut and yet we have so many assistant coaches for all of the sports that could easily be removed. Why do we need so many assistant coaches. The teachers, however, are top notch. I didn't have a single bad teacher in all my time at Neodesha High School. Our counselor was the best. She helped me through a lot of hard times, as well as some of my teachers.

I feel this school does not care about new students emotional well being unless you are a great athlete. My child was disrespected 2 years in a row by 2 different coaches because my child was not good enough, and it was done in a way that was seen by the other children, causing my child to be bullie...

NHS is a great place for kids to learn. Good staff and modern facilities. Small enough that all kids can get involved in a lot of activities. Great scholarship programs available to all NHS graduates!!!
