I would rate this school a 0. They need new office staff, a new nurse and extensive training for their teachers.

The area around the school is not the greatest, but the school itself, atleast when I attended there was a great. Nevin Avenue was an amazing school. It is located in a bad area, but it is a great school! I don't think everyone there has low scores because most of the people that I knew had great scores. I went on to attend Magnet schools and I am part of an OA Orchestra. I believe the teachers in Nevin should...

Nevin has made huge improvements over the last few years. New administration has taken over that sincerely cares about the students and community. Parents are starting to participate more. CST scores are going up. Great things are happening in this school!
