GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

It is an average school, but it could use more supported student/teachers. They need to work on supporting the music/art programs, as they are sometimes unrecognized. Overall, the teachers that we do have are very attentive, but we could use some help in specific areas.

NRHEG could be considered a good school. Basically, the district wants you to get in and get out. Everything about this is average, nothing to spectacular.

I enjoyed the personal connections with the staff and school as a whole. It was a very welcoming place and I was never afraid to reach out. Honestly the only thing I would change is the ability to snack during school hours. Having to wait while your stomach obnoxiously rumbles during class was embarrassing.
