My time here was a mix of "why am I here" and "I love this place" and although it was cut short due to the COVID-19 pandemic, I made relationships here (none of them lasted though). Wagner is a pretty average school, mid even. It is very crowded with nearly 1.5k students (the most populous middle school in New York) so the grades are large and finding friends might be difficult however it offers one a chance to find new people to talk to everyday because of the variety.

A large community that is full of students with diverse experiences. The teachers all care about their kids and do their best.

As a student at Wagner, I had a first-hand view of what it is really like. It is not rigorous at all unless you are in all honors classes. And the amenities could definitely be better. But I would say that I feel safe 93 percent of the time.

Personally, I would not recommend this school. As a student I can defidently say that this schools safety is horrible. There's fights everyday inside and outside school.
