My three years at Wagner were some of the best years of my life. The music and sports program is great and they offered some classes with high school/college credits in 8th grade. The students and teachers are welcoming and overall supportive.

As a student at Wagner, I had a first-hand view of what it is really like. It is not rigorous at all unless you are in all honors classes. And the amenities could definitely be better. But I would say that I feel safe 93 percent of the time.

Overall, we were very disappointed by our experience at this school and looking forward to leaving. A few exemplary teachers unfortunately didn't make up for lax administration when it came to ensuring kids were challenged in all subject areas. Teachers prone to severe absenteeism, vacancies that lasted months and lots of self study and study hall. You might as well home school your children in certain classes.
