GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

The school is in shambles. There is no curriculum, they refuse to give out proper supplies, teachers quitting left and right, deans suspending wrong people, and a whole bunch more

My experience at Great Oaks legacy Charter started off great. I first went to the middle school in 7th grade. It felt like a school that was really preparing you for not only college, but life. As the years went on, we strayed further and further from the mission of the school. The teachers felt less qualified. The space was very small. Overall, it started to feel like we were all just tying to get by instead of striving for more.

The time that I spent at the school was definitely with me and my friends made of it. While the teachers were amazing, and the staff was also such a joy to be around the school lacked so much we were at a very high teacher shortage the senior class was so small that we had to eat in the building while the rest of the school ate in our cafeteria ariyah which was also our gym. Due to us eating in half the class rarely ever got lunch. Our bathrooms were horrible, and our supplies were also horrible. Most of it came from our own teachers pockets and those were the only good ones that we had but the activities like our decision day our fashion shows our really tiny basketball and volleyball games made up for it.

In my experience with Great oaks in the beginning the school was good meaning good teacher's that cared and were supportive .In the elementary it was like a family a village I would say they showed interest in your child in all aspects! Even with new administration the school was still doing well ....

No leadership at any level. Students do not need to accept responsibility for their actions which creates an unsafe campus. Teachers are underpaid, unsupported and made to feel inferior. Assistant teachers are just random college graduates with no desire to teach which is in supportive to the lead c...
