I enjoy all the people and staff at Newcastle. Last year was my first year in Newcastle and all the students and faculty were very welcoming. I also really enjoy that we have a foreign exchange student program It is interesting to get to learn about their cultures while they also learn about ours. One thing i dislike about my school is racer refuel. this is 20 minuets of downtime like a study hour but its not long enough to get stuff done because by the time you get everything out and start working it is time to go. However my over experience has been very good.

I would not recommend Newcastle High School. Out of the many teachers there, barely a handful care for the students. Many do the bare minimum required in whatever course they are teaching. I went to a second school in order to learn calculus efficiently. Newcastle cannot provide a good education.

Growing up as a Newcastle Racer, I have had the opportunity to age with my classmates. My class of 2022 was the most sincere and friendly, I feel like I know everyone there now. This has made me feel involved and like a true family, everyone was treated with equal respect. However, I find it frustrating to learn when most of our teachers are coaches who tend to just simply teach from the book.

My son was harrsed and theatrened by the prinpicapal. Drugs are horrible problem at this school. They only care about money not education of the students.

We moved to this area in 2004. My children have attended all three schools in the district. I have had good and bad experiences with all of the schools. Overall though, I would recommend Newcastle High school over all the other public schools in the surrounding areas. I do agree there is far too muc...
