I liked the availability of extracurricular activities because it made the transition to high school much easier. A downside was that even though it was a school for gifted and talented children, grades 4-8, they eventually made it a K-8 school which diminished that reputation.

The school had mostly wonderful teachers that really cared about their students in and out of class. The principal was too strict, though. For example, we were not allowed to run or use balls during recess.

The kids are really loud and the teachers do nothing about it. The students scream and my daughter complains about it almost everyday. She says the teachers just ignore them and don’t tell them to stop. It gives her headaches in class. She also doesn’t like the school because it’s not what they prom...
