I think that the school is a great one. It has that small town feeling that each student feels like they belong and don't feel lost in the shuffle of bigger high schools. Something that I would want to see changed is different activities for those students that are not into sports but want to be involved.

The teachers go the extra mile to help you when you need it. The staff is friendly and the school had many offers. We have a wide variety of classes you can choose from and you're guaranteed to find something you like. We have many sports and clubs thay are very active.

Nickerson High School is a very tight knit, welcoming school. It is only a 4a high school so it isn't extremely large. This makes it a very homey environment due to everyone knowing everyone and with that being very close with one another. I like how the teachers take a special interest in students and really care about their success. I was involved in a multitude of sports and different clubs, and I loved every bit of it.
