Going to Ninnekah wasn't the typical high school experience. My graduating class would have 30-something kids, whereas most people I talk to say they come from schools with hundreds or thousands of kids graduating in a class. Rural small schools like mine differ from big schools in a lot of ways. I was definitely able to have a closer relationship with my teachers to help study what we learned in class and along with that, they would be my backbone for keeping me sane through those crazy years. There would be numerous problems, especially due to how small the school was. Our funding would be a lot less, and there was hardly any opportunity for advanced classes or for exploring my interests, specifically that of computers and electronics. I would be fortunate enough to take classes at a local tech school, but without that, I don't think I would be ready for the colligate level, which isn't that the whole purpose of high school? This is what Ninnekah should focus on in the future.

Academics wise it was okay. Everything else was terrible. They let a teacher who was bullying gay students continue working there. They don't have a licensed counselor that the kids can talk to either.
