The environment at this school is a law suit waiting to happen. The lack of education among the educators themselves is stifling!

Today we visited Noel Elementary School for their Terrific Tiger presentation. I was so amazed at their band, it was really great. They played "The Star Spangled Banner" beautifully. All the children were so good and respectful to everyone. But I loved the part where the announcer said how wonderful...
