GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

It's a pretty good school. The best part would be the social life you build and the worst part probably the lack of nutrition.

The school and district have great academic opportunities, I have gotten certified as a Medical Assistant and an EKG Technician for free. In Northwest Highschool they have a STEM academy and a CMP Academy as well as some pathways. Other schools have other academies like culinary or biomedical. There is even a school that focuses on helping kids get their associate's degree. This school as well as other schools in this district is highly competitive so you will always be on your toes.

It was a big Texas school so a melting pot of different people. Hugely political school amongst the teachers and students. It was awful. Also admin did nothing to help ever. A girl got ISS for 4 days because she was filming a fight. And the people in the fight didn't get disciplined at all. Wild school

They have coaches "teaching" instead of teachers because they don't have enough teachers. They don't uphold IEPs a...

Learning:I would say a majority of students at this school are excited about what they are learning. It all depends on the type of class though as the easier classes have low amounts of work which is why these classes usually contain the students not as interested in the subject while the AP and OnR...
