Nowata high school over all is a good school. Some of my favorite things about is the people and teachers. On the bad side it has some problems some of which is the administrative they are not the best at dealing with issues.

My favorite thing about Nowata was that some of the teachers I had were the best teachers I have had from any school that I went to. I enrolled into Nowata High School for my senior year after doing online school for 2 years and I thought that it might not be the way to go, but I am glad I took that route.

I have loved my experience at Nowata High School so far. The teachers have always helped me when I struggled; many teachers make class work engaging and fun. I found my time on the golf team (4 years now) to be very fulfilling, and my coach has always made sure that we have a good time on trips to tournaments.

School has new principal and some new teachers, students seem to be happier this year! A change from previous years! Discipline has been less of an issue this year so far.

The teacher yelled at my kid and actually grabbed her she has a bruise on her arm. Tons of bullying, and half of the kids are racist. My older son left Nowata for bullying. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!
