I enjoyed all parts of Baytech. The teachers were very helpful and were really connected with the students. The best part was the sports I played, soccer and volleyball, and although we developed new programs quickly, and accomplished a lot. One thing, however, that I didn't like was the foodtherer, it was not the best, but it didn't take away from the experience at Baytech.

Baytech has given me an experience I though I never could have when I first went there in 8th grade I thought thing would be bad at a charter school, but not only are the students an parents amazing people but the teachers are definitely the best teachers I have ever had within a learning environment where each student can get individual learn and grown and learn to his of her own pace baytech has been a truly wondered experience

The best part of my experience at BayTech was the help available to everyone. At any time when I needed help there were many resources available to me like counselors and even a mini horse to get distracted. The worst parts were the dangers of violence there was at this school building especially with being connected to two other schools. The only thing I'd like to see change in is the location, it would be much better if BayTech had its own property without being shared.

I'm not sure where this parent get's his/her information, but BayTech has two social studies/history teachers on staff. My daughter is currently enrolled in Ancient History and my son is taking American History. As far as sixth graders learning GIMP, I think as one part of a complete computer litera...

Bay Area Technology school is the best community school in Oakland. It offers quality education in a caring, family like environment. The class sizes are small so teachers are able to cater for the needs of the individual students. I love this school and therefore have enrolled my younger child now...
