My experience going to castlemont highschool is positive for the most part. We have alot of programs her that help students with college get ready for college and gain work experience through oakland kids first. The only negative part is its in a community that is not to safe.

I love how accessible resources were and how easy it was to get connected to someone who could help you with your struggles. I loved all the opportunities to make money within the school community. I believe it catered and aided to the social disadvantages that people living is high crime rate areas like East Oakland. I did not like the cleanliness in the routine restocking of our bathrooms. I did not like that most of the time we were told about school events on such short notice.

I have been going to Castlemont high school since my freshman year and I have for the most part enjoyed my experience attending this school. throughout the years of my going to CHS I've met new people and became closer to some of my friends by being apart of the CHS close community. I have made bonds with teachers and staff members that have helped my school experience better. Two of the strongest traits that Castlemont High School students have is creativity and expressing themselves. Castlemont high school has one of the strongest communities in the Oakland Unified School District (OUSD).

I like the school that I went to for high school as myself I didn't have any problems there I good grades there only I had was the person I was staying with I didn't want to stay there anymore so I left her house so that means that I couldn't be at that's School anymore so I'm trying to go back to s...
