I love the small school environment, everyone knows everyone(you have to!) The teachers are super friendly and very supportive you can tell they really do care about the kids. I love to see the staff out getting the kids in the morning on their way in always with a smile. The kids are great they look out for eachother, we've met a lot of parents as well everyone is very welcoming.

I liked some of my teachers, and that there is a block schedule. With a block schedule I am able to have an extra day to do work with out it being too overwhelming !! There are always scholarship opportunities and people there to help with the opportunities.

As of being at McClymonds high school for 4 years I can say that there is a really good support system there with teachers and staff. Anything you need help with wether its school work or anything personal that you need there is always someone there to vent/talk to. Teachers do after hours with students to help them make up any work that can bring up their grade and theres also SPATT for athletes who need to get their work done before they do any workouts or games. Even the coaches are on them about how school work and grades is the first priority otherwise kids will have to sit out of games.

Loving, outgoing, family orientated and alumni staff. McClymonds offer's dual enrollment classes, & internships. they also have an amazing entrepreneur and engineering department in partnership with several outside organizations to help build healthy relationships on campus and within the community.
