We were forced to adopt iPads as our means of learning. They obviously had an adverse impact on all of my peers' learning and my learning. There were some aspects of the school that I found pretty cool like how we keep the same teachers for both years of middle school allowing us to grow bigger connections with our teachers which I find most important in school. Connecting with your educators makes people learning more comfortable and confident in themselves. Overall I give Oceanside middle school 3 stars out of 5. Oceanside high school is much more acclaimed and easier to get us ready for college and beyond. Oceanside high school is in the top 75 schools in NY for college readiness.

This middle school is tops. Multiple elementary schools meet up in the middle school. For 500+ students, the team divisions are efficient and break each team to form deep bonds with teachers and amongst the students. Course offerings, extra curriculum and bussing is abundant.

Students are pushing other students to hate themselves and worse. It is overlooked, unseen.

Bullying in this school is very horrible and the response to it is minimal at best. So disappointed.
