Our Lady of Grace Catholic School seeks to create “a mutually supportive environment that fosters in each of us a love for God, love for one another and a desire to serve the greater community.” This private Catholic school serves students from preschool through eighth grade and has been honored as a National Blue Ribbon School of Excellence in 2001, 2009 and 2019. It’s the only private school of its kind to win three of these awards in Minnesota.
First opened in 1949, the school continues to promote an outstanding academic curriculum, supportive community and faith-based values. This approach is seen in core academic classes, extracurricular opportunities and daily life. Students can take part in choir, band, art and theater from an early age to promote creativity and artistic expression.
Starting in fourth grade, Our Lady of Grace Saints compete in the South Side Youth Organization. Athletic events include baseball, softball, basketball, soccer and volleyball. A robotics club, a running club, a service club and other extracurriculars add to the school environment and the surrounding community.
Other programs offered at the school include Our Lady of Grace Academy, preschool, summer care and extended care options. Tuition rates vary based on the program and the school offers scholarships for families who need financial assistance.

I go to olg, and am in the sixth grade. It is a great school, and if you are looking for a school to go to, come here. It has a great community, and is pretty good work. I have been to four schools before olg, and it is by far the best school i've been to. ,james elder
