I graduated Hueneme high school the year where covid happened which was 2020 which most of us didn't have a proper graduation or even most of us didn't have a graduation at all. But overall my experience was I guess pretty good, there was a lot of things that could have been done more professionally. The teacher some where pretty good some didn't really know how to teach well and other teachers did a very very good job.

Hueneme High School is a very populated high school. We have all types of cultures in this school, all cultures and beliefs are supported. This school has academy's and options on what classes you would like to take. Sports wise, all the sports are supported, our football and girls basketball team have won state. All the students go out and support on game days. The teachers are very supportive on what ever you need. All the teachers prepare us for college.

Hueneme High School is a great school, the staff is friendly, they can be approached easily and they help students on what they need.

Teachers are not willing to put in the effort to teach you correctly. And the school randomly removes things from the budget while using it for nothing used on the students.

The Front Office staff is AMAZING! I have never felt so welcomed and taken care of. Mayra Castro went above and beyond to take care of issue and answered every question I had. Brad Gibbs is a welcoming smile anytime I come into the office. Your child will miss out if they do not attend HHS.

This school gets a bad rap but it shouldn't. There are really good teachers who care and make a difference. Ms.Roth and Mr. Gallegos are examples of excellent teachers.

I went this school and am proud to have gone there. Great experiences and great teachers. Staff always seemed to go out of their way to help me reach my goals.
