I graduated Hueneme high school the year where covid happened which was 2020 which most of us didn't have a proper graduation or even most of us didn't have a graduation at all. But overall my experience was I guess pretty good, there was a lot of things that could have been done more professionally. The teacher some where pretty good some didn't really know how to teach well and other teachers did a very very good job.

There are some teachers that are incredibly passionate to teach and genuinely care for students. Although, there are others who students have expressed they do not feel comfortable with and they have still not been taken accountable.

Hueneme High School has been a great environment for the past 4 years. The teachers care about their students and want the best for them. The school does everything possible to keep its students safe.

The Front Office staff is AMAZING! I have never felt so welcomed and taken care of. Mayra Castro went above and beyond to take care of issue and answered every question I had. Brad Gibbs is a welcoming smile anytime I come into the office. Your child will miss out if they do not attend HHS.

This school gets a bad rap but it shouldn't. There are really good teachers who care and make a difference. Ms.Roth and Mr. Gallegos are examples of excellent teachers.

I went this school and am proud to have gone there. Great experiences and great teachers. Staff always seemed to go out of their way to help me reach my goals.
