Palatine High School was a good school with good resources and teachers. There will always be a few teachers who are not good at their job, but the school tries to have the best staff. There were a few problems every year with safety, there was an incident of a student leaving a gun in a classroom during school and multiple incidents of firecrackers in stairwells. The school has tons of clubs and sports that anyone can find an interest in.

When I went to palatine high School, it was during COVID. But after COVID ended and I finally went to the school itself, I was amazed by how it looked and I got to make many friends and got much help from my teachers and friends

I've had 2 kids go through all 4 years at Palatine. They both have had largely positive experiences. The school definitely encourages college readiness and invites families to educational meetings and activities to support that goal. A small number of teachers cause a majority of the stress I hear a...

This school has a lot of rampant systematic racism, sexism, homophobia and ableism. If you go into a "Higher level" class, almost all students are white. If you go into a "remedial bad behaving" class, all the students are people of color. Most of this schools budget goes into its sports program whi...
