I could not ask for a better experience at Matanzas. The teachers are committed to working with students, providing the necessities and extra to make sure their students succeed.

I have spent all four years at this school, and have mainly been active in both music and clubs regarding community service. Overall, there are really no best and worst parts of this experience.

I have used MHS for my testings such as PSAT and SAT as well as talking to the counselors over and over about resources and questions concerning my grades, classes, and testing.

as a current student, i can confidently say that this school drains me and other students everyday. students mental health is not a priority for many teachers, and many teachers are unfair, rude, and just dont care about the students at all. there are only a few teachers who actually accept and care...

some what not so great sporting events are not well planned changing in the middle after schedules are done when they were handed out they were wrong right off the bat and please lets not talk about the spelling and portions.
