You get your education, it gets the job done. There is very little school spirit and a very strong teacher vs student dynamic, not much of a team.

meh its boring and boring and there arent very good recources for kids/parents and if you are a minority or lgbtq or trans or something you probably wont be treated the best here.

as a current student, i can confidently say that this school drains me and other students everyday. students mental health is not a priority for many teachers, and many teachers are unfair, rude, and just dont care about the students at all. there are only a few teachers who actually accept and care...

some what not so great sporting events are not well planned changing in the middle after schedules are done when they were handed out they were wrong right off the bat and please lets not talk about the spelling and portions.

Matanzas is an awesome school. With the clean environment and general friendliness I felt welcome. The staff and students are listened to and heard.
