I really enjoyed my classes and the teachers in each of them. I personally would like to see a change in school culture. Something I have never heard from any other school system was that many students said our school specifically was terrible which I never personally experienced.

Fluvanna makes a good use of the resources that they have. It is a small community that is tight knit. I'm grateful for that and their always looking out for my children.

Fluvanna County High School offers some great opportunities for starting your college career early through partnerships with Piedmont Virginia Community College. Some students are able to complete an Associates Degree before graduating high school at no cost. One drawback of the school is the academic advising. I felt completely unprepared for finding scholarship opportunities and choosing relevant course material is left almost entirely to the stufents

Definitely do not feel the school is safe. Staff in the front office yelling at my child in front of me in a very disrespectful tone. I was appalled by the unprofessional behavior by administration. Hopefully, there will be more protocols with respect to parents and staff in the near future. This sc...

This school sucks. It’s sexist, it’s rude, it’s discriminatory. I’m so tired of it. There is a teacher here who has been ALMOST fired around ten times but he still works here. He has had so many parent complaints for being rude and derogatory towards students and he’s still allowed to teach. Their d...

I recently moved away from fluvanna after a year. Basically the school itself is beautiful but what goes on inside is a different story. There is so much bullying, slut shaming, racism, teacher misconduct and hostility that I am scared for the students there who think that is normal. I had a teacher...
