They refuses to take doctor recommendation into consideration for a xhilds placement in the iEP. The principle feels she knows more then doctors at riley's childrems hospital and a childs psychiatrists . As a parent you of a child with special needs you have no voice at the iep meetings. I feel my school is safe and my children are loved. I have children in 3 different classrooms and I know I can contact my childrens' teachers at any time and they always get back with me promptly and help create an action plan for academic and social issues.
