Some of the best parts of my experiences at Pateros High School has definitely been the way of getting to learn about what it's like to see such a small school of about 300 kids k-12. This small school allows everyone to know everyone else and everyone works together on any teamwork needed. One of the worst parts of my experiences at Pateros has been the financial issues of the school because it's so small. And this has caused some of the grades at our school to combine and we have had to cut multiple extracurricular activities and other activities. We are also shorted of new equipment such as better computers and newer text books. One large change I would love to see at Pateros High school is the amount of kids at the school. Pateros is really a good school with nice and good teachers but we haven't had the opportunity for more teachers and better equipment because of the student count and this is causing more students to leave leaving the school on edge of bankruptcy.

I think that overall I had a good experience. I liked going to a small school and seeing my other family members like older siblings and now my niece and nephew. The only bad experience that I can think of is maybe hanging around some of my old friends who ended up not being my friends. I would like for the opportunities to change for later years to come if my niece and nephew decide to keep attending Pateros High School.

I really like the small school with small classes, but the teachers don't do enough one on one with the students to really help you succeed. This is a great school, but needs more discipline to help keep the bad kids out and the good kids in.
