GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

My experience at Paw Paw High School has been really good. I have attended here since Kindergarten. Teachers are always willing to help and go above and beyond for their students. The small class sizes are probably my favorite. There is a lot of one on one time for students if you are struggling and need extra help. We do not have as much as larger schools but if you need something or want to do something that they don't offer the staff tries it's best to get it to you.

There is nothing too bad, or too good about our cafeteria food. Once in a while, we have a meal that is just truly delicious. But other times, not so much. Never anything sickening though. Plenty of fruits and veggies, every day.

Most of the extra curriculars have to do with sports. There are no really unique extracurriculars. They have Key Club and SADD and some other clubs that have to do with academic things. I would personally enjoy if we had more music and theatre clubs.

The administration does not care what is in the best interest for the students. Also, they are very unprofessional when it comes to helping the needs of students. They sit around and talk about their personal lives and make the student wait to get tended to. The guidance counselor never knows what s...
