There are constantly teachers and aids monitoring the lunch room, hallways, classrooms, etc; this reduces the occurrence or bullying and inappropriate behavior. The PA system is used often and the doors are locked and monitored. I felt safe here and the routine drills (fire drills, intruder drills, weather drills, etc.) were helpful.

I was bullied as a 6th grader. The school is in a wealthy area, so many of the students feel entitled and feel as if they are superior to others.
