Overall, I had a poor middle school experience at south meadow. The academics were lacking, and offered very few opportunities for advanced students. The teachers often preached things such as anti bullying and acceptance but took very few actions to enforce these policies. I often had teachers excusing bad behavior. However, the band at sms was exceptional.

My experience at this school was down right horrendous. Most teachers aren’t even assisting the students when they have a question and instead telling to keep looking with no hints or anything to help the student find the answer. 1/10. that "1" is for all the actuall good teachers I had over the years. (like, around a grand total of 5-6.)

Terrible. My family ended up sending our daughter to an outside tutoring service to get her thru SMS. We ended up sending her to another school in the area for high schools because ConVal has even more issues.
