Thirty years ago, Pflugerville Middle School was the only school for sixth through eighth graders in the city. Now, it’s one of seven. Though it has seen a lot of growth and change through the years, the school’s commitment to providing quality public education has never wavered.
At Pflugerville Middle School, students master the academics they need to succeed in high school and beyond. Challenging coursework in language arts, math, science and social studies adheres to high standards. Students can participate in arts electives to ignite their creativity. In the college readiness program AVID, which stands for Advancement Via Individual Determination, students improve their writing, notetaking and organizational skills. The Panther athletes of Pflugerville Middle’s football, basketball, volleyball, track and cheer teams are fierce competitors. Kickstart Kids, a program founded by Chuck Norris, teaches martial arts and builds character. Student Council, Anime Club and UIL competitions are just a few of the extracurricular opportunities available to students in their after-school hours. They can also compete in Destination Imagination, a global program in which teams use outside-the-box thinking to solve complex problems. At Pflugerville Middle School, students learn to work hard, do their best and uphold the school’s long tradition of excellence.

I was worried about my daughter going to this school, but she has adapted quite well. She does band and cheer and even when she is a shy child, she hasn't experienced any bullying. She loves her teachers and coaches

I hate this school I go to here and the bathrooms are disgusting and so is the food. the teachers are underpaid and the students are wild please don't send your child here, please it's for their safety and mental health.
