Opportunities abound at Weiss High School. No matter what students are interested in, the school has a program – and a place – for them. As a newer Pflugerville high school, the cutting-edge Wolf Pack Drive campus boasts a fine arts wing, premium sports facilities and an innovative library. In addition to rigorous core curriculum, students can choose from a variety of extracurricular pursuits, from a fiercely competitive dance team to an award-winning marching band. Actors can steal the show in the school’s black box theater, a flexible performance space. Writers and budding journalists can join the staff of the school newspaper, the Wolf Street Journal. The school’s robust athletics program offers field sports and swimming, diving, tennis and golf. Students can also enroll in the “Pfuture Teachers Academy program” — where participants earn a diploma and an associate degree in teaching at the same time. State-of-the-art amenities, challenging academics and plentiful opportunities make Weiss High School a remarkable addition to Pflugerville Independent School District.

As a student at Weiss High School student, my overall experience in my classes strengthened my goal for attending college classes.

the administration seems to treat their teachers very badly to the point where a lot of the good ones left for different jobs. It wasn't the worst experience when I got the hang of dealing with things but I wouldn't recommend anyone move to Texas just to go to this school.

My favorite part about Weiss is the FFA program. While being in the FFA program I have learned valuable life lessons that have helped me grow as an individual. The weakest part about Weiss is the administration. The school has switched admin a few times in the four years that I have attended.

This school is pretty good, but there are some things they need to fix. Security is a big issue—they always say they have tight security, but sometimes people vape, bring unloaded guns, or make serious threats. Most of the teachers are great, but some only teach basic things that aren't part of the...

Oh man, where do I even start? As a senior, I’ve had a front-row seat to this school's slow-motion train wreck. This year? Absolute rock bottom. We’ve had teachers straight-up quit mid-year, like full-on “I’m out” moments. No one wants to sub because the students are a nightmare. The hallways are ba...

I am a current student at Weiss High School, and fortunately, I will be leaving next year. This school provides little to no decent services in any of the subjects taught. Teachers are unreliable, and they talk ill of students behind their backs. Moreover, they have little knowledge of the subjects...
