The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

I have two children here. Communication is good. Teachers care. Love the schedule (Mondays off, year round schooling, month-long breaks). Needs a more diverse faculty, academics are strong but there's not much else, kids don't seem to socialize outside of school. Overall, like the school but they need to consider the children more holistically

I had a pretty good experience here, overall it's very nice. The environment is very different from a typical high school, but I personally like it, it's definetly not for everyone. I defeinetly appreciate going here versus my district school, so it all depends on your preference.

I love City High. All of the teachers are fantastic and you receive an amazing education. It is a safe place for everyone, especially the students. It is an extremely welcoming environment as well.

City high prepared me for college, afforded me the chance to take a courses at CCAC, and grew me into the professional I am today. The staff is caring, friendly, and focuses on student specific needs...

Terrible, my child is no longer going to this school......It seems like a great school in the beginning but the approach is terrible. My child is having problems graduating from another school so the only option now is a G.E.D. The Workforce Credits were great but Academics were a bust. How is a chi...
