I graduated from WSP in 2010 when it only went to fifth grade. It was a unique experience that I appreciate more as an adult than I could as a child or teen. Looking back I am grateful to Waldorf for creating a foundation of consideration for others, preserving a sense of wonder for the world we live in fostering my love of learning. I've returned on multiple occasions to do work for the school and it as grown a lot over the years. It's gotten bigger, more diverse, more modern and the community works as hard as they can to keep making it better.

If you are a person of color, especially African American, you should stay away from this school. I paid thousands of dollars for my son to be traumatized. They do not have the experience or training to deal with race related issues and they failed my son.

My kids have been at the Waldorf School since pre-K and it has been a great experience. The teachers pay much of theor own training costs and attend Waldorf training several times each year. They are the best teachers in the city, taking in a child's whole picture to best serve them.
