I will start by saying that I have many friends who have gotten lucky and had great teachers at PHE. There is also an awesome parent community here. Our experience with this school -- two kids over eight years - was awesome. Great teachers, a diverse student body, and a really engaged PTA with so many parents volunteering everywhere! We really loved the strong sense of community.
