I am a senior at Poca High School and all I can say is I'm glad I didn't go somewhere else. I am proud to call myself a DOT and everyone else there should be too. The teachers are fantastic at their job and they help us prepare for college by giving us time in class to work on college applications and sign up for scholarships. The teachers also like to double check our essays and everything if you wanted to just to make sure it is all correct and they give you tips for the future. Thank you poca high school.

I feel like our academics aren't that hard and we are actually very behind in lessons. I wish we had more students that cared about life outside of high-school and I wish we had more paper practice for SAT prep.

My experience at Poca High School has been pretty neutral. I like that it is a small school and how tight knit the community is. One of the disadvantages of my school is that there aren't that many college classes and other opportunities.

Poca High is a great school. The school has great students and good teachers. The school has plenty of extra curricular activities, and good academics. I have been involved with many groups in the high school such as: marching band, jazz band, concert band, Science National Honor Society, and Mu Alp...
