The only real after school activities are involving sports. There's a student council and 4-H, but I don't even know what that is. It's mostly practices for games and tournaments.

This school allows bullying to go on. They do not address it and children are badly affected. The principal does not abide by the handbook policy and does not discipline children who do the bullying but instead blame the child being bullied. This can affect a child throughout their lifetime.
