GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Port Washington High School is a great school located in a great town along Lake Michigan. I had a great high school experience while going to Port Washington and believe that it is a safe school to enroll your children into.

Needs more white kids, as a black student myself, I feel as though the Caucasian population in this school is highly oppressed. The LGBT community is forced upon it's students in a harsh manner. With thing from subliminal messages all the way to posters thrown in your face to join their cult. Other than the diversity problems and LGBT's hostile community, the academics are ok, and food is toxic.

Recently, a large majority of the school was redone. All of the new classrooms are state of the art, the science wing has large rooms with lots of lab space. The new gym provides ample space for sporting events and the new performance wing now has storage space, a black room, and specific changing rooms.
