I have had a great experience with the cross country and track and field program, the coaches and environment is very welcoming. But overall, the teachers in primary subjects like math and English are not great, and the building is old and needs renovation.

Science department is great. 80+ clubs and a bunch of sports and activities so there's s as keats something to do or new people to meet. Arts are pretty good, especially performing arts. Generally academics are lacking in freshman/sophomore classes, but great in APs and other higher level classes. It's super white. Administration sucks. The building is falling apart, with ceiling tiles falling on people and such.

My experience at Wilson High School has had ups and downs but overall the school has prepared me for college and more importantly it has allowed me to connect with people I will never forget. Whether it be teachers, students, or students from other schools, this school has cultured my friendships and connections.

As for teachers, there's a mix of very good teachers and very bad ones. Some teachers have multiple complai...

I am currently a freshman at Ida B. Wells. So far, my experience has been good, and it has definitely been my best school experience. So far, IBW has been the one to accomodate me with my 504 plan the best. Most teachers I know also allow students to listen to music while doing work, which is one of...
