GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

The best things about my experience at North Posey is the environment. Since it is a small school the environment is similar to a very close community and everybody knows everybody. The worst parts of my experience at North Posey is certain sports. While not every sport is this way some of the coaches are bad about picking favorites or only playing certain people even if they are not the best for the team. That is the only thing at North Posey that I would like to see change because I think everyone deserves equal opportunities when it comes to sports.

My experience at North Posey is great. I have gone to North Posey for all four years. Everyone is very welcoming and helpful. I have been honored to be able to be involved with my school through clubs, groups, and sports. The teachers are very passionate and caring. I love that it is a smaller school because everyone knows everyone. One thing I would change about North Posey is that we care less on sports and a little more on education.

The community that surrounds NP is one of the many driving forces that makes this such a desirable place for family's to raise their children. I graduated from NP in 2010. I was extremely involved in extracurriculars which made my experience even better. If someone says "there isn't anything to do"...

This school doesn't have very many students attending, but there are overqualified teachers providing education. However, I believe as students, we could have wayyy more options as far as academic and career courses could be provided.
