I have seen this school change over the last year. Students enjoy the new house system and communication with the parents has improved. It's hard to get middle school students excited about learning but at least mine want to go to school now and tell me what they do each day. No more "nothing" answe...

This school does not treat students equally. The staff thinks it is okay to yell and talk down to students. Teachers do not communicate with parents. Staff also ignores bullying among students in middle school grades.

Not the best school in the county and sad when teachers who yell and scream at kids get awards for excellence:( new principals this year so I hope they can do something!

My granddaughter is very happy with Elkton Elementary. She likes the small class size and the way her teacher and all the teachers treat the children.
