GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

I loved being a part of both the athletic department and the music department while at Quincy Senior High. There was always something to do no matter your interests and there was always a place you could feel welcome.

I believe some of the teachers do less lecture work and more paper assignments which doesn't encourage personal and attentive learning. However, nearly every teacher offers moral support and is generally understanding of your personal situations or misfortunes.

This school is very bland. There is not much excitement here, even for a school. The people are fine, nothing interesting. The academics are good. Overall good just very bland.

This school is terrible. I really can't wait to move and I hate moving around. There was a gun threat on a bus recently and the kid was back in school 3 days later. Most people want to drop out because a good portion of the teachers suck. Don't get me wrong there are a few great ones but if you don'...

This is the ONLY public High School available. The school staff, not just students is very clicky. Students should choose their teacher when choosing their classes. In getting the attention of teachers, I have had to send emails to the school board along with the teachers, or nothing gets done. The...

Quincy Senior High School has provided both of my children with a top-notch education. Both children have been admitted to competitive college programs. The AP courses available is large considering the size and financial status of our community. In addition to academics, the fine arts and sporting...

Quincy Senior High School in my opinion is a fantastic school to learn. High School is not always a great experience for everyone but here at the administration here along with fellow students helps to make that possible. We have AMAZING school spirit along with great sports and clubs/activities. We...
