My experience with this school could have and still can be better. The kids are rowdy and the teachers aren't the best, so I would rate it a 4/10. The best parts of my experience are the classes that I actually learn from - being challenging but not too difficult - and going home at the end of the school day for a well deserved nap. The worst parts are observing the other kids' behavior (rowdiness) and the long classes with no engagement from the teachers. What I would like to see change is the students behavior and the way the teachers do their jobs.

Quitman High School has a very welcoming environment, however it's not very diverse. Most of the administrators staff are like family to all of the kids.

Quitman High School, is over all a great school. Every school has its Flaws but Quitman Is different. All the teachers and principles get all the seniors college ready with extra meetings and taking kids to different colleges. Quitman High School has a variety of dull enrollment classes with William Carey University, which is great for a senior because they get a college experience for free while in high school.

This school has gone down hill over the last 10 yrs. I've had 3 kids attend and unfortunately it's gotten worse educationally, the kids bullying. It's just bad all the way around. There are a select few teachers that really do care about the students learning, but it's very few, sadly. They only tea...

OMG this school system really stinks. I worked there for over 25 years. Initially it was a great place but as time went on Quitman was left behind. The enrollment has declined by 900 in just 10 years. Most of the really good teachers have bailed. Now if your kid excels in athletics you will fair pre...

I am very unhappy with this school. It is very unorganized. The dress code is horrible. I would not suggest you put your child in the quitman school district. The football team is average and so is the baseball team. The softball team is one of the best in the state.

This school has some of the best teachers in the state. They are very knowledgable about the subject matter and know how to teach it in order for the students to learn.
