My experience at North is ok the best part of it is JROTC learning about the military the worst part about it is when I've been getting bullied a lot in my school and my teachers do nothing about it. What I would like to see change is for the teachers to always be cautious about students that are being bullied and help them out instead of not doing anything about it.

My experience with North Hardin has been very simple and straightforward. I think the best part about North is the environment. The school spirit and the people who go there make being at North feel like being with family. I feel the worst part about North would probably be the staff. We always seem to be needing more teachers. We really have no set teachers who stay for longer than one year, and I think it really takes away from connecting to the teachers as deeply as some students would want.

Being at North Hardin High School was a good experience. It taught me a lot about community and growing as a person. I felt a great connection to the teachers and students.

This school revamped a few years ago, and I've been impressed as a parent of a current student and alumni. I've had 4 kids go to North, and they all had great experiences. My last 2 children took all Honors classes, which allowed them to test well to get into the Hardin County Academy, a dual credit...

My teens have gone here since freshman year and are now seniors. The staff are caring and professional. They are more than willing to help the kids when needed, and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.

I was worried moving here with the low rating but both of my children attend or attended North Hardin and have been supported and encouraged by teachers and counselors. The course options are abundant including dual credit and honors courses

This school has made such a major turnaround in the past few years! The leadership change to a new principal was the key...he changed the climate, encouraged teachers to challenge themselves, and helped students see just what they could do if they stuck to it. The school has been a distinguished sch...
