As a senior in the school, I have been able to say that the schooling process prepared me for college as much as a high school can. Taking classes through the community college since sophomore it allowed for a level of preparation that not many other high schools offer.

Taking college classes early was an invaluable experience and has taught me what I might expect at the university level. Having a small class was unusual at times, but it allowed me to make close bonds with other students and it created a community of close knit students.

My son is currently a sophomore SandHoke early college high school. He is a very smart kid & pretty good student who ALWAYS completes his work although at times not to his greatest ability. I have attended this school for two years and plan to graduate early. I love going to this school because I feel that I actually learn things and I am able to become more connected with my teachers. The staff makes you feel welcome and they are easy to talk to about social and educational sturggles....
